Nothing worthwhile comes without hard work.
do what you love, and love what you do.

Do what you love & it will never feel like work.
My family always taught me that nothing worth while comes without hard work. Commitment, integrity, and dedication are the essence of my work ethic.
I believe in people. I believe in the importance of working together. I implement my knowledge of the law, business strategy, & advertising for a greater, more profound impact within my profession. While I have the legal skills to analyze information carefully, and come up with positive solutions, I can also create different, independent business plans and designs that incorporate my passions and my open mind.
I'm a problem solver, I like a good challenge, and I can handle anything that comes my way. The only way to grow is to step away from what you already know! I am consistently refining, re-working, and creating in order to give my clients the best work.
Born & raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, y'all!
You can take the girl out of New Orleans, but you can never take New Orleans out of the girl. I grew up loving art, music, and design. I come from a family of musicians and creatives who constantly supported every goal I worked to achieve. I have a bachelor’s degree from the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication in Digital Advertising, with a minor in Business. I have a master’s in Strategic Communications, and my law degree from LSU, as well as a graduate certificate in comparative law.
CAREER & BUSINESS
I am currently the Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Student Athlete NIL (SANIL), where I serve as in-house counsel overseeing contract management, negotiations, and compliance for athletes. I work closely with internal stakeholders, including the communications team, to ensure seamless execution of agreements and strategic alignment with our clients in college athletics.
Additionally, I engage with businesses to resolve legal issues and finalize agreements, particularly in areas where they may be less informed on the current state of college athletics. Staying ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends is crucial in this evolving legal landscape, and I ensure my team remains up-to-date through regular training and professional development.
Throughout my tenure at SANIL, I have personally written over $50 million in NIL deals across 56 universities, ensuring meticulous contract management and protecting the organization from potential risks and liabilities.
I graduated from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center where I achieved a master’s in Strategic Communications and Emerging Media, along with my J.D. in just 3.5 years. My interests include corporate law, sports & entertainment law, contract law, compliance, and sports partnerships & sponsorships.

“Olivia was fantastic to work with. She is a hardworking, joyful person. In her internship with StudioNow, she worked with both Marketing and UX Design, managing two teams and two workloads. She was willing to tackle anything asked of her, and worked hard to accomplish each task. We will miss her!”
““Olivia was always present in class and actively
participated and it was very clear that Olivia has a passion for the industry. She would also often stay after class to discuss the industry in general.””
