Do what you love & it will never feel like work.

I’m Olivia, a legal professional and business strategist who merges law, advertising, and creative design to deliver high-impact, results-driven solutions. My family always taught me that nothing worth while comes without hard work. Commitment, integrity, and dedication are the essence of my work ethic.

I thrive on solving complex problems, developing innovative business plans, and crafting brand strategies that drive growth. Always pushing boundaries, I refine and reimagine ideas to give my clients exceptional results in sports law, business strategy, and creative consulting.

Resume

Born & raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, y'all!

I’m a New Orleans native with a lifelong passion for creativity, communication, and advocacy. Raised in a family of musicians and artists, I developed an early love for storytelling through art, music, and design, values that now shape my work at the intersection of law, marketing, and media.

My legal focus includes sports and entertainment law, contract negotiation, NIL compliance, sponsorship strategy, intellectual property, and brand partnerships. With a background bridging digital marketing, media strategy, and legal expertise, I help brands, creative professionals, and athletes navigate today’s complex media and regulatory landscape, offering strategic guidance that blends industry insight with legal precision.

CAREER & BUSINESS

I hold a B.A. in Communications with a specialization in Digital Advertising and a minor in Business from LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication, plus a Master’s in Strategic Communication and Emerging Media. I earned my Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, completing both my law and master’s degrees in just 3.5 years.

I started my sports law career as Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Student Athlete NIL (SANIL) (soon to be Blueprint Sports), where I served as in-house counsel overseeing contract management, negotiations, and compliance for athletes. I worked closely with internal stakeholders, including the communications team, to ensure seamless execution of agreements and strategic alignment with our clients in college athletics.

Additionally, I engaged with businesses to resolve legal issues and finalize agreements, particularly in areas where they may be less informed on the current state of college athletics. Staying ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends is crucial in this evolving legal landscape, and I ensure my team remains up-to-date through regular training and professional development.

Throughout my tenure at SANIL, I have personally written over $130 million in NIL deals across 56 universities.

I had the pleasure of working with Olivia during our time at Student Athlete NIL (SANIL). She consistently impressed me with her professionalism, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the legal and business aspects of collegiate athletics. Olivia was instrumental in managing contract negotiations, brand partnerships, and compliance matters. Her ability to balance legal precision with practical business insight made her an invaluable asset to the team. Any organization would be lucky to have her expertise and leadership.

Olivia is incredibly wise, well spoken, and knowledgeable not only about all things NIL, but also how the law affects the business of sports as a whole. I learned so much about partnerships, negotiation, contract drafting, marketing, business, etc. from Olivia. Her accomplishments, ability to think outside of the box, and insight has not only continued to impress me, but also has taught me to do the same in the ever changing world of NIL. She would be a welcome addition to any legal team and would exponentially contribute to the success of any company. I cannot recommend Olivia enough.
